Omega Unveils Newbury Boutique And The Aqua Terra Collection In Boston

Swiss watchmaker OMEGA has expanded its global footprint with an illustrious new boutique in the heart of Boston’s historic Newbury Street. A street lined with elegant brownstones, upscale shopping, fine dining, and vibrant cultural assets is now the latest home to the OMEGA brand, unveiling the Aqua Terra 30mm collection for women to capture the moment.

Paying homage to OMEGA’s bold aesthetic, this pristine boutique features semi-transparent red-gradient glass walls that create a stark visual identity. Adorned with a large gold astronaut sculpture at the entrance, it immediately connects visitors to OMEGA’s legendary space exploration heritage as the first watch on the moon and official timekeeper for NASA.

The boutique invites modern luxury, featuring a sleek watch bar for personalized consultations. With a classic design palette, the retail utilizes innovative materials, bold lighting, and industrial-inspired accents to reveal OMEGA’s contemporary edge. Marking its grand opening, OMEGA hosted award-winning actress and brand ambassador noted by OMEGA as a “Friend of the Brand,” Ariana DeBose, alongside OMEGA USA brand president Arnaud Michon, to celebrate the boutique’s horological excellence and Boston’s cultural legacy.

The star of the night was the 12-piece Aqua Terra 30 mm collection made for women, offering a range of colors and materials to suit every style. Through precision craftsmanship, each timepiece features OMEGA’s smallest-ever Master Chronometer movement.

For a refined aesthetic with cutting-edge mechanical excellence, the miniature design has inspired the brand’s “My Little Secret” campaign, now showcased globally in OMEGA boutiques and advertisements. The campaign features Friend of the Brand, DeBose, along with model Ashley Graham, singer-songwriter Tems, and k-pop star Danielle Marsh.

The Swiss luxury watchmaker also celebrated with a launch dinner event at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston. For the unveiling of its latest watch line, special guests included Dylan Efron and Albert Muzquiz. Designed for versatility and elegance, the Aqua Terra 30 mm collection ensures every wearer finds a timepiece that synchronizes with their style.

Available at the Newbury boutique, the Seamaster Diver 300M is from one of OMEGA’s most iconic collections. This watch has been reimagined for 2025 with two bold new models crafted in the brand’s proprietary Bronze Gold alloy. These latest editions blend adventurous design with novel precision, drawing inspiration from the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition, created for No Time to Die.

For men, the style queue has been legendary, apart from novel technology. OMEGA and the James Bond character are synonymous with precision, sophistication, and timeless elegance. The Swiss watchmaker has been the official timepiece of 007 since 1995, embodying the spy’s impeccable style and use of cutting-edge technology. Powering both models is the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806, visible through the sapphire caseback, a popular watch design feature.

Like the 007-inspired model, the new 42 mm Bronze Gold versions feature a mesh bracelet, a burgundy oxalic anodized aluminum bezel and dial, covered in a domed sapphire crystal. The standout feature is OMEGA’s exclusive Bronze Gold alloy, composed of 37.5% gold [9K], palladium, and silver. This selection of materials offers exceptional corrosion resistance, developing a natural patina over time without the green oxidation of traditional bronze, making it safe when exploring the 300M diving limit.

Also featured and in stock at the Newbury location, OMEGA reintroduces one of its most enduring designs, known as the Railmaster 38 mm, revisited with fresh color gradients and a pure, minimalist aesthetic. Originally launched in 1957 as part of OMEGA’s legendary “Professional Line” trilogy [Speedmaster for racing and Seamaster for diving], the Railmaster was engineered for railway workers, scientists, and engineers, offering unmatched anti-magnetic resistance during an era of rapid technological advancement.

The original Railmaster was a horological breakthrough, capable of resisting magnetic fields up to 1,000 gauss, at normal rates, surpassing the 60 gauss protection offered by most watches during that time. Its inner protective casing ensures reliability for professionals working near electromagnetic fields, creating an appetizing narrative among collectors for its vintage charm and rugged functionality. Powered by OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibres 8806 and 8804 today, these timepieces offer 15,000 gauss resistance and are certified by METAS, the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology.

OMEGA’s latest boutique on Boston’s prestigious Newbury Street marks a bold expansion, showcased through striking design elements of this latest retail space. The grand opening, celebrated with brand ambassador Ariana DeBose, highlighted the debut of the Aqua Terra 30 mm collection, a masterclass in precision, OMEGA’s smallest Master Chronometer movement, and personified in the “My Little Secret” campaign.

With this launch, the boutique features iconic models like the Seamaster Diver 300M in Bronze Gold, a 007-inspired legacy, and the reimagined Railmaster, a tribute to anti-magnetic innovation. OMEGA’s commitment to horological excellence epitomizes the timepiece that reveals your sophisticated side, making an intelligent choice in adventurous timepieces.
